With a great passion to achieve maximum visual acuity for every consumer, CooperVision SEC’s Professional Service team is happy to provide its customers with advice. The team is available to answer your (fit) specific and general questions.
As a specialist, you will be the first point of contact for consumers and will be able to provide customized eye care, thanks in part to CooperVision SEC’s innovative contact lens solutions. The Professional Services team is available daily on weekdays to assist you with this.
We consider knowledge sharing to be extremely important! That’s why our Professional Services specialists regularly provide eye care professionals with seminars, webinars and training sessions on a variety of topics. These usually also earn points as part of the continuing education requirement of ANVC and OVN.

MyProcornea is CooperVision SEC’s unique web-based portal. This program allows you, as a specialist, to log in and manage your product range easily at any time and from any (work) location. MyProcornea offers extensive functionalities:
Lens advice for best lens choice
Fitting of both RGP, soft and ortho-k lenses. The program gives advice on the best lens and fit, which you can then adjust as you see fit. The fluorescent image is then automatically recalculated.
The program works in conjunction with all common corneal topographers. Because it is web-based and not location-specific, you can access the imported images from any (work) location.
In addition to the imported topographies, it’s possible to assess the fit of the lens through a fluorescent image simulation. In it you can change the parameters for the inner geometry of the lens and easily switch between topography and fluorescent images.
In MyProcornea you easily manage your product range. Order lenses or place reorders easily. Track your order through the order status and view everything in the customer history. In addition to CooperVision SEC contact lenses, you can also order lens accessories, fluids and marketing materials through your own personalized MyProcornea environment.
